Hawzah News Agency- the text of the message of Ayatollah Alireza Arafi, the head of Iran’s Seminary, on the occasion of Teacher's Day is as follows:

In the name of God

Education is one of the divine affairs and the first teacher of humanity is God the Wise, who enlightened the hearts of his prophets and chosen ones with the light of knowledge and wisdom so that they can be the beacon of guidance for humanity and thereby free them from all the darkness of ignorance, disbelief, oppression, corruption and division and bring them to the light of guidance and unity.

Accepting this responsibility, some people have registered their name in this group in the form of the holy words "Teacher" and "Master" in order to engrave faith and all good things on the tablets of souls and pure consciences, and the call of nature in the depths. In this regard, the martyrdom of the teachers in the contemporary era, namely Ayatollah Morteza Motahari, is a reminder of the greatness of the work of teachers and professors and honoring the status of a teacher.

Now, the Islamic Republic of Iran has become one of the scientific and technological hubs in the region with the efforts and research of university professors and teachers, and every day we witness a scientific and technological movement which leads to great success, and the Islamic Republic of Iran is enjoying the favors of the Almighty God and the guidance of the Supreme Leader, and the valuable efforts of respected teachers and professors have achieved high global ranks in the indicators of the growth of science and technology, and promise a bright future.

Honorable professors and lecturers and researchers of seminaries, along with the great number of professors and teachers of universities under the guidance of the great Shia sources of emulation, may God bless them, are precious assets that with their knowledge and vision, insight, piety and patience, asceticism and advice, their self-restraint, contentment, love and sincerity educate the students and nobles of the seminary, and by educating worthy students, they contribute to the excellence of thought, culture, religion, and ethics in Iran and all over the world.

We ask God Almighty for success of all caring professors and teachers.
